Our first really cold day in Utah. As I lay here in my warm bed and listen to the hurling winds outside my mind is wandering to the five thousand homeless youth in Salt Lake City. 48 percent identify as LGBTQ. Over three fourths of those from LDS homes. On this Sabbath I vow to be more Christian. To be more engaged in the realities of our world. To be more present for those in need. I vow to start living my religion and to stop talking about it.
